一般的商品圖片要上架前除了必要的縮圖、去背外，最好還要對網路使用最佳化，在photoshop裡可以簡單的利用save for web這個指令裡的optimzed file size直接指定縮圖後檔案的大小，當然也可直接調整quality的％。主要原因是各大購物網站對上傳的商品圖片都有檔案大小上限，為了圖片清晰、誘人，當然要一張一張好好調到清晰但不超過上限，不過如果你有10張商品圖＋五種輸出後的尺寸，連按50次save for web的快速鍵（cmd+pot+sft+s)左手不免有點抽筋，加上還要一一修改檔名，相當浪費時間。

利用photoshop的action可以簡單的做批次處理，不過有兩個問題：
1.縮圖無法固定尺寸，只能記錄縮圖的比例（％）
這個容易，將完工原稿固定尺寸就好
2.檔案大小無法固定kb輸出（optimzed to file size)，一樣只能記錄quality的％
這個就比較麻煩～因為原稿的圖片不同，要確定圖片盡量清楚而又不超過大小上限非得用人工處理不可。

為了這個問題也去找了強者我朋友菜公，不過得出來的結論是『throw some money to ur problem』，買其他的軟體解決。不過沒有試用這錢我花不下去也請不下來。最後還是利用手邊資源找到折衷方法解決。

以yahoo購物中心為例，上架圖片大小(px)為400*400(40kb)/ 250*250(20kb)/ 135*135(10kb)/ 80*80(5kb)，加上一般放在商品描述裡的500*500(100kb)，約有5種尺寸，原圖完成後我會用『image size』(cmd+pot+i)將圖統一改成500＊500另存新檔，固定原圖的尺寸。
接下來利用action–這裡有點笨，我建立了從50%~90%不同quality的action，每5％一個級距，儲存後每個不同大小的檔案都要存在預先新建的資料夾，（我是存在桌面/temp export/500,400,250…..)，這工作有點煩，不過只要做一次就好。

接下來以原稿（500＊500）開啟save for web，縮圖（在image size的地方選擇w=400′h=400)，按return後再調整圖片qualiuty到適合的比例％，（因為以400＊400的圖檔選擇壓縮比例，其他的大小圖檔也不會Kb數也不會超過）看哪一個級距最適合這張原稿，然後退出，再到合適的action裡按下play，檔案就存在指定的位址了。

接下來再利用mac內建的auotmator.app批次修改檔名：我是後面加上（-尺寸），設定如圖，
存檔成(workflow)後放到同一個資料夾裡比較方便。

如果原稿多還能利用photoshop/file/automate/batch來批次處理。
